What is KYC verification?
Know your customer, alternatively known as know your client or simply KYC, is the process of a business verifying the identity of its clients and assessing potential risks of illegal intentions for the business relationship.
How can I have my COLODAX account KYC verified?

1. After your account is signed in, navigate to [KYC] if not automatically redirected.
2. Choose your country, enter your name, phone number and address details.
3. Upload Front & Back side of Aadhar card for address verification. Make sure your name and address entered matches with the information on Aadhar card.
4. A selfie holding a paper with message written “Colodax KYC” along with current date and signature on one hand and PAN card for identity verification on other.
5. Bank proof (Cancelled Cheque/Current Statement/Passbook). Make sure you name matches with the Pan card and we can clearly see your account number and IFSC code.
6. Click [I promise to be the legitimate owner of these ID documents] and [Save] to complete the KYC process.

Why is there an error uploading the information of verification?

What are the requirements for the information of verification?
1. Make sure the identification is authentic and the pictures of identification are clearly visible.
2. Make sure the pictures you upload are unretouched.
3. Make sure you are the only person in the pictures
Why is my verification rejected even though I have submitted all the information as instructed?
Please refer to the email for the specific reasons for the rejection and submit it again. Please note that Colodax has a zero-tolerance attitude towards account verification with unauthentic information and fake ID and will ban those accounts after confirmation.
