Maker
Market makers are those who are willing to wait to buy or sell at a certain price. They provide the gasoline/depth for the market.

Taker

Market takers are those who want instant execution with the existing orders in the list. They take away depth from the market.
The aim of the maker-taker mechanism is to stimulate trading activity within an exchange and keep price stabilized.

Why is my available balance less than my actual balance?

Unexecuted orders will freeze part of your balance.
Please check if you have any unexecuted orders for the coins you intend to place orders with.
E.g. If your wallet balance is 5 BCH, meanwhile you have an unexecuted sell order of 1 BCH for BCH/BTC trading pair. In this case, there will be 1 BCH frozen in your account, unavailable for trading, and your available amount will be 4 BCH, less than actual balance.

How to check/cancel all unexecuted orders?

Website
After submitting orders, you can check the list of all unexecuted orders in [Orders History] from navigation and cancel any unexecuted order by clicking [Cancel] in [Operation] column.

Attention
To guarantee server performance, all canceled unexecuted orders will be deleted from records.

How to check executed orders?

Website

After execution, you can check the list of all executed orders in [Order History]. You can filter list according to your convenience.

When will withdrawal be available after execution?

Usually, withdrawal is available right after execution. However, if your balance available for withdrawal is LESS than execution amount, there might be pending deposits in your account. When your transaction has enough required confirmations, all your balance will be available for withdrawal.
