How to check my withdrawal status?
Normal Transfer
1. Sent from Colodax: A Transaction ID (TXID) will be generated in 30-60 minutes after your withdrawal submission. Meanwhile, Colodax has already sent out and included your transaction in a new block, waiting for network confirmations;
2. Confirmed by blocks: You can find your Transaction ID in Withdrawal History and check its real-time status or go to its Blockchain explorer (such as www.viabtc.com) and enter your Colodax deposit address for more transaction details;
3. Withdrawal complete: Once your transaction has received a confirmation, your withdrawal is complete.
If your withdrawal is already sent but didn’t add up to your deposit account, please contact support of your recipient platform for assistance.

How long does it take my withdrawal to arrive?
