How to sign up with Email?

1. Enter www.colodax.com and click [Sign up] at the right upper corner of Home
2. Follow the instruction and enter your Email address, password and full name correctly
3. Receive Email verification code and finish the registration


Attention
Your registered Email is a vital connection between you and your Colodax account. Please keep your Email safe, set a complicated sign-in password (preferably a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and characters), remember and save your sign-in passwords (both Email and Colodax account) in a safe place.


Why can’t I receive a verification email?

Depending on the service of different carriers, there might be delay in Email delivering and sometimes your emails can take up to 10 minutes to arrive. If after more than 10 minutes  the email is not in your inbox, it is possible that your internet provider is marking the verification emails as “Spam”.

In this case, please check your Spam/Junk folder first. If one of our messages are found in these folders, you should have the option to mark them as "Not Spam/junk".


Why is my Email verification code “Invalid”?

For your account security, each Email verification code is only valid in 15 minutes. Usually, Email delay is the main reason for invalid Email verification code. In this case, you can Sign in with your credentials and new verification link will be send. Please make sure to enter the correct code before expiration.


Attention
Frequent operations (such as clicking “Sign In” repeatedly) will lead to temporary account lockdown for an hour. To spare you from unnecessary waiting, please do not click the button too frequently.


Can I delete my account?

Sorry, account deletion is not yet available in Colodax.
