Once a user has deposited his money into his Colodax account, he/she always has the option to withdraw this money in full or in part.
However, once a user has placed a buy order, which has been fully or partially completed, the amount in INR is immediately transferred to the sellers' account and such transactions cannot be reversed. Colodax, under no circumstance, entertains the refund or cancellation of a successfully fulfilled order. Once the transfer request of cryptocurrency has been initiated, it cannot be cancelled and will be transferred to wallet specified.
Colodax shall also be entitled to deduct the fees due from the user.
