In order to improve our system performance and security, going forward you will need to have latest version of the mobile app and website.


Make sure your mobile app version is >= 1.7.1. To see version number Go to Settings -> Scroll to bottom of the mobile screen. You will not be able to trade with the older version of app.


If you are not able to trade using website, please clear browser cache and try again. To clear cache

In Chrome (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop)

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.


In Safari (https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/clear-your-browsing-history-sfri47acf5d6/mac)

  1. In the Safari app  on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.

  2. Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared.


In Firefox (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache)

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….

  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
  6. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

In Edge (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/search?query=edge%20clear%20cookies%20and%20cache)

  1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.

  2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

  3. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.
