- Multiple transfers greater than Rs. 25,000 in a single day may take more than 24 hours on the first instance. This is a cooling period applied by our bank for new users to prevent fraud.
- Our withdrawals are available 24x7x365.
- Withdrawals may be delayed in case of failures/upgrades/maintenance at the banking partner's end.
